Greetings!  The Gateless Gate Zen Center will be hosting a long sit Saturday 4-Feb.  We begin silent, seated meditation (interspersed with 10 min. periods of walking meditation) at 10 a.m. and the final sit ends at 2 p.m.

Lunch is served at noon and guests are encouraged to bring a vegetarian item to share (brown rice will be furnished by the Zen Center).  Lunch will be followed by a Dharma Talk given by the Abbot.  As always, come as you can and leave when you must; we only ask that you respect the silence of those still sitting by exiting as quietly as possible.

Please contact us if you have any questions.

See you Saturday.
